Psychotherapy

mental health is an important part of physical wellbeing, at The Blossom Tree Clinic

What is Psychotherapy?

You may feel that something in your life is not quite right. Whether you begin therapy with clear ideas of what you want to change or you want to start exploring this, I want to take that journey of transformation with you.

Together we will create a reflective alliance to explore and validate your personal experiences. Developing a new perspective and a strong and healthy sense of self will allow you to create change. I will support you to identify and draw on your inner resources to find meaning and to live a fuller, more satisfying life. I work with adults as well as couples and provide both time-limited and long-term therapy.

I will help you to identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviours and find ways to change them, provide you with tools and techniques to manage anxiety and low self-esteem, explore your past and how this affects you today and support you to discover your potential and ability to make the right choices.

If you would like to explore whether we could work together, please contact me to arrange an initial free 15 min phone conversation which will help us to decide if working together would be beneficial and appropriate to your needs.
